Export recorder data as CSV.

CSV format

• The first line is the header row.
• Delimiter: ;.
• Each row represents one recorder entry.
• Temperature: decimal with one digit after the decimal point. The value is empty if invalid.
• chN_status: compact channel state (disabled, open, short, normal, trip, alarm, fan, invalid, or a +-separated combination).
